When you contact Solaxay, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, project address, preferred timing, project description, product details, and photos of the work area.

Submitted information is used to review the requested work, ask follow-up questions, prepare an estimate or next step, coordinate scheduling, and communicate about the project.
Project photos
Photos submitted with a customer request are stored separately from the public project gallery and are not automatically published on the website. Permission should be obtained before any customer-submitted photo is used publicly.
