Upper St. Clair is a residential township in the South Hills along Route 19, Boyce Road and McLaughlin Run Road, known for its school district, Boyce Mayview Park and quiet neighborhoods of single-family homes. Most houses date from the 1960s through the early 2000s: colonials and split-levels in the older plans, and larger two-story homes with open great rooms in the newer developments.
The typical Upper St. Clair request is a large TV. Great rooms with two-story walls and stone or brick fireplaces call for 65 to 85 inch screens, full-motion or pull-down mounts, and in-wall wiring so nothing shows. Finished basements become media rooms and home gyms, and home offices need monitors, shelving and cable management. Solaxay brings two technicians for screens over 65 inches and plans the mount height, viewing angle and outlet position from photos before the visit.
Solaxay also serves the neighboring communities of Bethel Park, Peters Township, McMurray, Bridgeville, South Fayette and the Mt. Lebanon border along Route 19.
